Cancellation Policy

Life happens & I try to be as understanding as possible. Please message me for any questions or concerns! Cancellation 48 hours ahead of your appt will forfeit your deposit. HOWEVER if you reschedule one time, that deposit will be transferred to your new appointment time. More than one time — especially without communication— will forfeit your deposit and may be grounds for client termination. Cancellation after the 48 hour window or a ‘no show’ with zero communication/respect will be blocked from booking in the future.
